About us

Russell started Black and White Transport in 1997 using an old Ford Transit van.

After getting lost a few times Russell soon realised that investing in a Satellite Navigation System would pay dividends and this has proved a great boon.

The business soon developed and increased necessitating the purchase of a much larger Mercedes 311 CDI LWB Luton Van fitted with a tail lift.

A special piano moving trolley, sack trucks, small trolley, blankets, tie-down straps and cardboard packing are carried at all times. Russell also has a pallet truck and this is available on request.

Russell is prepared to transport anything that that fits inside the van with the exception of livestock. He was once asked to move a Dinosaur but it was to long to fit in the Transit he had at the time. Since then he has transported most items including motor cycles and quad bikes.

A packing service is offered, and a second man is available to help with large or heavy items.
